Processing Times

All orders are generally processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak periods, promotional events, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia (Standard): 2–6 business days

  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.

Delays or Delivery Issues

Studio Lume Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing times, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist by liaising with the carrier where appropriate.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Studio Lume Supplies as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of any damage (including packaging), where applicable

We will assess the matter and work with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order passes to the customer, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


International Shipping

International delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services. Any duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
