Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or are a minor who is legally authorised to purchase professional products through a parent, guardian, training provider, or registered beauty business; and
You are a trained lash technician or beauty professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a professional business; and
You possess the appropriate training, skills, and experience to safely use professional lash products.

All products sold by Studio Lume Supplies are STRICTLY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY and are not intended for consumer, retail, or at-home use.

We do not provide training, certification, or instruction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are appropriately trained and qualified to use any product purchased from us.

SECTION 2 – ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To access certain Services or place orders, you may be required to provide personal or business information, including billing and shipping details.

You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, you acknowledge that:

Product colours, textures, or appearance may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing batches
Product descriptions, formulations, packaging, and availability may change without notice
Results and performance may vary depending on environment, storage, technique, and user experience

All products are supplied “as is”, subject only to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 4 – CHEMICAL PRODUCTS, ADHESIVES & LIQUIDS

You acknowledge and agree that certain products sold by Studio Lume Supplies, including but not limited to lash adhesives, primers, bonders, removers, and related liquids:

Are chemical products
May cause irritation, allergic reaction, injury, or adverse outcomes if misused
Require professional handling, correct storage, and proper application

You agree that:

Patch testing is mandatory prior to use on any client
Proper storage, handling, usage, and disposal is your responsibility
Product performance and shelf life depend on correct storage and environmental conditions

Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) for chemical products are available upon request.

SECTION 5 – IMPORTED PRODUCTS

Some liquid products sold by Studio Lume Supplies are imported from overseas, including from China.

By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for their professional use, handling, storage, and application in accordance with industry standards and professional training.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and the order is accepted by us. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, except where required by law.

SECTION 7 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which can be viewed here .

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, professional products and liquids are generally non-returnable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Repair of the goods
Refund of the cost of the goods

arising from the use or misuse of products, failure to patch test, improper storage or application, or individual client reactions.

All content, branding, text, images, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Studio Lume Supplies and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

SECTION 14 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content, you grant Studio Lume Supplies a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for business and promotional purposes.
